Immanuel CSI Malayalam Church

The congregation has its humble beginnings since 15th December 1957, when the first worship service was held in the twin cities. A recognition service of ‘CSI Malayalam Pastorate’ was held on 22nd April 1973. In the earlier years, worship services were held in different CSI churches. The worship services continued to be held in Wesley Boys Hostel chapel, Secunderabad since 1st March 1987. After years of prayers and challenges, the foundation stone for a new Church building was laid at Yapral, Secunderabad on 20th February 2014. The Church building for “Immanuel CSI Malayalam Church” was dedicated on 9th April 2022. Sunday worship services are held at 9 AM. The Parish has around 90 families and 210 members as on today spread across the twin cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad.

As the community continues to grow, a satellite (extension) worship service commenced from 26th January 2020 to cater for students and working professionals in Hitech City area.
