𝘽𝙞𝙨𝙝𝙤𝙥𝙨’ 𝘾𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙘𝙞𝙡 𝘾𝙤𝙣𝙫𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙨 𝙖𝙩 𝘾𝙎𝙄 𝙎𝙮𝙣𝙤𝙙 𝙃𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙦𝙪𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙨
The Bishops’ Council of the Church of South India (CSI) convened yesterday at the CSI Synod Headquarters with the active participation of Bishops representing various dioceses.
The Council expressed satisfaction over the reinstatement of administrative and ecclesiastical functions of the Synod and its dioceses, following the recent verdict issued by the Supreme Court of India concerning the governance of the CSI Church.
The Council also noted with contentment the progress of electoral procedures completed in several dioceses, enabling the next phase of selection processes. Discussions were held to streamline coordination among the dioceses with the aim of ensuring smooth and effective administration.
The meeting began in the morning with a time of worship and concluded by noon.
സിനഡ് ആസ്ഥാനത്ത് വച്ച് ബിഷപ്പ്സ് കൗൺസിൽ നടത്തപ്പെട്ടു
സി.എസ്.ഐ. സിനഡ് ആസ്ഥാനത്ത് വച്ച് ഇന്നലെ നടത്തപ്പെട്ട ബിഷപ്പ് കൗൺസിലിൽ വിവിധ മഹായിടവകകളെ പ്രതിനിധീകരിച്ചുകൊണ്ട് അധ്യക്ഷൻമാർ പങ്കെടുത്തു. സി.എസ്.ഐ. സഭയുടെ ഭരണപരമായ കാര്യങ്ങളെ സംബന്ധിച്ച് സുപ്രീം കോടതി പുറപ്പെടുവിച്ച വിധിയുടെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ സിനഡിന്റെയും മഹായിടവകകളുടെയും പ്രവർത്തനം പുനഃസ്ഥാപിക്കാൻ സാധിച്ചതിൽ കൗൺസിൽ സംതൃപ്തി രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി.
സി. എസ്. ഐ. സഭയുടെ തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ് നടപടികൾ പൂർത്തിയാക്കിയ വിവിധ മഹായിടവകകളിൽ സെലക്ഷൻ നടത്തപ്പെടുവാനുള്ള ക്രമീകരണ പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങളിൽ കൗൺസിൽ സംതൃപ്തി രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി. എല്ലാ മഹായിടവകകളുടെയും പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങൾ ഏകോപിപ്പിച്ച് സിനഡിന്റെ ഭരണം ഭംഗിയായി നടത്തുവാൻ ഭാരവാഹികൾക്ക് ഇടയാകട്ടെ എന്ന് കൗൺസിൽ ആശംസിച്ചു. സിനഡ് ആസ്ഥാനത്തു വച്ച് ഇന്നലെ രാവിലെ ആരാധനയോടെ ആരംഭിച്ച യോഗം, ഉച്ചയോടെ അവസാനിച്ചു.
