Bishop Speechly College for Advanced Studies

Bishop Speechly College for advanced studies (BISCFAS), which started functioning on the Buchanan Hills, Pallom in the year 2006, is a dream come true for students and parents in this part of God's own country who have a zest for excellence in higher education. Today the college is all set to make a giant leap forward in the area of vocational / professional higher education.

Named after Bishop JM Speechly, the first Anglican Bishop of the Diocese of Central Travancore, the College is owned by the CSI Madhya Kerala Diocese and controlled by a Governing Council with Rt. Rev. Dr. Sabu Koshy Cherian Bishop, CSI Madhya Kerala Diocese as Chairman.
